 |
| Willowcreek and Rosecreek
are excellent areas for first time home buyers
to look for affordable but attractive housing
options. Both areas are relatively new,
and indeed as of summer 2004, several homes were
being built in on the few remaining lots in
these subdivisions. |
|
 |
|
 |
| Willowcreek
features newer homes of postmodern
architectural styles. Most homes are in
the 1800 to 3200 square foot range, with three
or four bedrooms, although there are some even
larger homes. Most homes have many
modern amenities, and ample yard space. |
 |
Rosecreek
contains mostly smaller homes with simple but
appealing designs. Homes in this area
generally range from 1400 to 2000 square feet,
most with ample yards. |

 |
| The
large park at Willowcreek is easily accessible
to residents of that subdivision, as well as
residents of El Macero Vista. |
 |
Village
Park in Rosecreek provides a central
playground and a shady place for adults to
relax. |
