West Davis provides a perhaps the
widest range of housing options of any section of Davis. From
the newer, more modern homes of various sizes and qualities in Aspen
and Evergreen, to the large lakeside homes in Stonegate, to the
smaller bungalows and duplexes found in parts of West Davis proper, to
the moderate sized eco-friendly homes of Village Homes. With the
exception of Village Homes (which is a very unique development), West
Davis differs from North Davis in that its layout is more traditional,
boasting more large centrally located parks but having fewer
greenbelts and bike paths.
