| College Park, located just
across the street from the UCD campus, is an
historic and quite prestigious area of
Davis. The homes of College Park are set
on a long closed-loop street lined by majestic
trees. College Park contains the UCD
Chancellor's residence, among several dozen
other generally large and pleasant homes.
The lots in College Park proper, and those of
homes in the neighborhoods immediately adjacent,
are generally quite large, and the trees are as
mature as any in Davis. On the rare
occasion that a home is listed for sale in this
neighborhood, the price reflects the quality and
cache of this centrally-located subdivision. |

Homes in College Park exhibit a good
measure of architectural diversity. Here
is a large split-level home with upstairs
windows and a low pitch multi-angle roof,
giving the home a Monterey accent. |
